Mutual Fund is a professionally managed investment that pools money from various
investors and invest in financial securities, fixed income instruments, and similar assets. Investor gets benefit from mutual
fund as diversification of investment, daily liquidity, professional investment management etc. There are two types of mutual
fund Open ended fund and Close ended fund. Mutual Fund is priced with Net Asset Value (NAV) calculated by fund manager. Net Asset
Value (NAV) is the actual value of one unit of given scheme for a given business day.
Mutual Fund is established and regulated under Mutual Fund Regulation, 2067 (2010 A.D.) and it is regulated by Securities Board
of Nepal (SEBON)
